Betsy joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in February of 2014. She moved to Springfield in 2013 and brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to her role. She is licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and supports the staff by researching, updating, and providing accurate information for Commercial Lines accounts.

Betsy’s roots are all southern. She and her husband were born and raised in Memphis and they frequently travel back home to spend time with family and friends there. They are enjoying exploring the Ozarks region, making new friends, and learning to play pickleball.
