I’m so grateful to work for Ollis/Akers/Arney. We value our clients, employee owners, and community. Being the Controller for a workplace of high performers that are some of the best at what they do and genuinely care about our clients drives me to want to be better at what I get the privilege of doing every day. It’s a true joy to go to work each day believing that what you are doing is making a difference.

Katy graduated from University of Central Missouri with a BSBA in Accounting and then went on to get her Masters of Accountancy from there as well.

Katy has more than 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, having spent time as a Staff Accountant at BKD, an Assistant Controller at NOBLE Communications Company, and the Controller for First & Calvary Presbyterian Church. She joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in September of 2018 as the Controller.

Katy’s husband works for KPM CPAs and together they have two children. She enjoys spending time with family, sailing, and cycling.
