Rachel started off in the company as the receptionist. She then moved to the role of Personal Lines Account Manager and is now the Claims and Marketing Coordinator. She has 5 years of experience in the insurance field. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology and earned her Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance licenses in 2017.

Rachel has a twin sister and an older brother and is very family-oriented. She loves traveling, playing racquetball, and doing creative things such as painting, singing, and painting. She also loves animals and can be found hiking with her dog on the weekends.
